En aplicación del Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de Octubre,
por el que se establecen las obligaciones de registro documental e información de las personas físicas o jurídicas que ejercen actividades de hospedaje,
nos vemos obligados a facilitar al Ministerio del Interior información de los viajeros que se alojen en nuestro establecimiento.
Con el fin de reducir su tiempo de espera en la recepción hemos pensado en que si nos aporta usted algunos datos,
podremos atender de una forma más diligente a la hora de hacer el CHECK-IN.
Necesitaremos que nos facilite la siguiente información de los viajeros que le acompañen.
Si viajara algún menor de 14 años sin documentación, debe indicar en el campo “Tipo de documento”, SIN DOCUMENTO.
En el caso de que el documento del que nos facilita los datos sea un DNI/NIF, NIE será necesario que nos indique el número de código de soporte que figura en él. (3 letras y 6 números
en el DNI/NIF, y la letra "E" y 8 números para el caso del NIE).
In application of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons engaging in lodging activities, we are required to provide the Ministry of the Interior with information about the guests who stay at our establishment.
In order to reduce your waiting time at reception, we thought that if you provide us with some data, we could serve you more efficiently when performing the CHECK-IN. We will need you to provide us with the following information of the travelers accompanying you.
If any minor under 14 years old is traveling without documentation, you must indicate “NO DOCUMENT” in the “Document Type” field.
In the case that the document from which you provide us with data is a DNI/NIF or NIE, it will be necessary that you indicate the support code number that appears on it (3 letters and 6 numbers for the DNI/NIF, and the letter “E” and 8 numbers for the NIE).
